4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Session bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the time of booking or before the session begins. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment platforms. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy.
6. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your session, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review your case and may offer a partial refund or complimentary follow-up session at our discretion. Refunds for package purchases are prorated based on unused sessions.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled appointments, provide accurate health information, and communicate openly about their healing goals and any concerns. Clients should inform the practitioner of any changes in their health status or medications.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared during healing sessions is kept strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. Session notes and health information are stored securely.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Cure Ora website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cure Ora or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Cure Ora and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
